We manufacture and supply High Shear Batch Mixers (Homogenizers / Emulsifiers) designed for efficient mixing, emulsifying, homogenizing, and dispersion of ointments, creams, gels, lotions, and cosmetic formulations.

The machine is equipped with a manual up-down lifting system, easily operable with minimum effort. It comes with a cowl disperser high shear homogenizer/emulsifier that ensures fine particle reduction, smooth texture, and uniform product quality.

A convenient control panel with VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) allows precise speed adjustment, along with essential safety features such as an emergency shutdown button. For added safety, an earthing boss is provided.

The complete unit is movable, fitted with heavy-duty castor wheels, making it easy to transfer between production areas.
